I'm Nicole Cozean - I've been where you are!

Like all of you, I was trained with the isolationist view of the pelvic floor.  But as I treated it became clear the pelvic floor was more complex than just needing Kegels.

We need to treat the pelvic floor as a system.

Take into account the orthopedic issues around it.

Understand the patient's goal and get more functional and individualized with their care.

Once I started treating that way, it unlocked so many possibilities for my patients.  And I began to fall back in love with pelvic health - it's more fun when we're getting our patients active and up off the table.

I created the 'Not Your Mama's Kegels' course to share the research, theory and practical applications of this 'Adaptive Strengthening Approach' that we can use to replace our isolationist ideas.  Can't wait for you to join us and enjoy the course!
