Male Pelvic Pain: A Missing Piece

Updated: Feb 14

A lot of times with male pelvic pain - particularly pain in the testicals, scrotum, or penile pain - we'll jump right to breathing and/or treating the pelvic floor.

A missing piece for these patients is the spermatic cord.

Running along the inguinal canal, the spermatic cord carries nerves and blood vessels integral to the system. Often this area is tender, inflamed or tight when dealing with male pelvic pain.
